It was so delicious! Will be coming back!! We had the yellow lentil soup, the tabouleh salad and foul mudammas! The sizes were very generous and so affordable with lots of extra pita bread. Highly recommend!

The restaurant's decoration is lovely and welcoming. The service was top notch. The staff were all very friendly, they even introduced the dishes which were really nice. The food was all tasty and really fresh. The desert was amazing, the best one I've ever had in Melbourne. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The food was lovely, the staff were also really nice and the design inside was so cute. The food was a bit pricey but it was worth it! The table was a bit small - we struggled with space even though there were only 3 people on a table for 4. The plates were also really small making it a bit difficult to eat, but otherwise definitely a place worth visiting!

I was here with 15 friends and we catered to perfectly. It was my first time trying Egyptian food and I was blown away. The food was exotic but tasty, especially the hummus and rice. The facility was clean and beautiful. The service was quick and the staff was extremely friendly.

This is one of my favourite Egyptian restaurants in Australia, been there several times. Definitely Egyptian style arrangement and seating, and delicious authentic Egyptian food. The owner also takes great effort to ensure all guests are having a good time, so I take my hat off to this restaurant, chefs, waiters, waitresses and the owner.The place has vegetarian options, i would recommend the koshari, Egypt’s most famous food and a classic meal. The falafel is also a great vegetarian option along with the arnabeet, which is a fried cauliflower served with tahini.If you like something different, try the okra baked with lamb pieces and tomatoes, served with rice, which is quite filling, otherwise the kofta and any of the dishes from the grill are great options.My favourite is the koshari.You need to have room for dessert and try the Egyptian classic Om Ali, my favourite dessert from the Middle East.The prices are not too expensive and the staff are friendly, I would heartily recommend a visit.

Great ambience and it’s located in the heart of the Lygon Street food precinct. The owner is very keen to make sure customers are having great time. Parking can be problem like any other restaurant in that area. Food is very delicious. Their table-top grill is my favourite. Highly recommend.

Easily one of the best restaurants I have tried in Melbourne! They have the largest variety of Arabic meals I have seen. I have each of your multiple times and every dish is better than the other! It’s always made fresh and home-made. I takes a lot of skill to be able to make food this delicious! Very friendly service and great atmosphere. Owner is very nice and very kind.

This Egyptian restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The portions are very generous. The food is cooked to perfection and the Om Ali is the perfect ending to a great meal. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
