Horrible serviceLady started using drill on my nails and left on my nail beds for too long causing it to burn. Bleeding cuticles.None of the colours matched their appearance on the colour chart. Asked the lady to change colour as I didn’t like it - the lady become very rude and disrespectful.Wasn’t happy with the second colour but went with it as the lady caused me an anxiety attack.Will never be returning - would not recommend this salon to anyone !!

I adore this salon. The staff are kind & polite including the owner who has always treated me with respect & humour. My acrylic nails always look great & stay on nice & tight. I have been coming for years & will continue to do so, especially given the price is also excellent.

Terrible job with nails, came here last Monday, by Tuesday my nail was coming off took a picture as I only get Mondays off went back in today, to be told I need to pay, and it’s coming off as I didn’t let her slide another nail under my nail to take the old acrylic off (it hurt) so she left it on just went over the top… all nail polish coming off aswel as the acrylics from my nail.. had the audacity to call the security on me leave me with acetone and foil on my nail Telling me no insurance if I won’t pay $10 I can’t have it fixed.. it’s now fixed but it’s infected!.. I suggest you get insurance

Worst place I have ever been to. I had cut my acrylics off beforehand but had not even 1cm of acrylics stuck on my nail bed. I asked for removal, expecting a cheap price as all I asked for is REMOVAL. They didnt do it the proper way (acetone soak) they did it the damaging way (popping it off) which took under one minute. She electric filed it for one minute and added an oil. It took less than five minutes and I was charged $20. Complete rip off, i could have torn them off myself at home. Absolutely ridiculous, do not come here unless you want to be overcharged

Usually great place, but they've dropped the ball. I was waiting. One lady in front of me. She gets served first, obviously. I am waiting, another lady walks in and gets seen to straight away! Like hello???? I'm right here! Got up and asked what's going on, get told to sit and wait. Yeah nah! Only came to get my broken nail fixed after it broke the next day after getting it done. Lost a customer that has been coming for years.Edit: I watched one lady leave, and this lady came and took her place. She started looking at the nail colors. When she walked in she asked: do you have a spot?"Why would she say that if she was just getting her top coat done? Why would she not be sitting in her previous spot?You were also busy with your own client

I would never use this companyI went in and tried to get my daughters nails fix due to 4 just falling off in under 1 weekThey refused to fix and told me I should get nail insuranceWhat a joke.Then said her nails are to short anyway but was happy to take the $90 after tell use that.Wast of time and $90

i came here last night, the service was so lovely, the man who did my nails was so kind and welcoming and did a really good job, i will definitely come back next time. thank you!

Disappointed with the quality of my nails this time, tried to find a number to call owner to see if its possible to come in and get them fixed up.Was really happy with my the first visit but today I had a different lady. Nails are chunky, uneven and messy for $75 I should be happy not wishing I just had them taken off.Happy to change my review if the owner address the matter

My refills have uneven texture and I was overcharged. They charged me for two “repairs” even though they didn’t require repair and they didn’t communicate this with me in the process, instead they just charged me extra at the end. 0/10, I wouldn’t mind being charged extra if the nails actually looked good. Do NOT recommend.
