When a medical organization cannot staff phones or get back to patients in the same day they leave a message then something is majority wrong especially when imaging is a vital diagnostic tool.You MUST do better and respond to patients about scans they need for their health.This is an example of big business and not health care.

5 stars plus! My mother had a procedure at the clinic today and was overly impressed with the care and emotional support from the staff. Especially English nurse Annette, she was lovely with mum. Put her and me at ease. She is a credit to the clinic!

Have used this facility through all of it's various ownerships. Facilities are first rate. Lumus, however, need to fix their MRI booking system. Staff say send your referral in, and we will get back to you with a time. They never do! I have had to call back twice, and then once I rattled the can"

They don't answer the phones.. had to get somebody to drive me there to make appointment❎unsatisfactoryMy doctor told me a bone scan for over 75's pensioners is free, paid for by the government.. I was charged an additional $100❎unsatisfactory..Excellent facilities, great staff, and good service throughout my visit✅
