Where do I start... service is appalling! Ordered a product on the 31st December which I have just received (9th April). The quality of the product is absolutely shocking! Would not recommend this company at all. For something that is valued at $310 this is what I received.

Ordered a lamp to be delivered before Christmas....it arrived dented and damaged...had to spend my time chasing up what to do ,how to resolve the situation...got a very non chalon response, I've had retail stores and this is not how I would response..i have to wait to hear from supplier before i can get a refund ,they will claim it because not only wasn't it packed with any protection it wasnt handled well by company who did the delivery. Action and customer service is what you should be giving for a high end store. Very disappointed in service and would rather her shop elsewhere in the future company .

Received my order from this company and opened the first box, it literally looked second hand it was so scuffed and damaged. Have tried multiple contact platforms and they simply won’t call back. Have had to go through PayPal for a claim and hopefully can resolve through PayPal, have also requested the transaction cancelled through my credit card.Would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. Below are pictures of what these $380 chairs looked like on arrival. They have still not arranged collection and refund from my initial request 2 weeks ago.

Product quality is abysmal, support times are an absolute joke and their logistics is extremely outdated. I've raised a support ticket and still have not heard back regarding a refund.Product arrived faulty, was packaged in a fragile" box without any interior protection like foam. There were at least 6 or so screws missing on the product."

Ordered on the 17th of December and still waiting for my item to be shipped. Does not clearly state anywhere that it will take 14 business days to even process an order. Now going on 15th business day of waiting with no response to multiple platforms of contact. Next avenue is fair trade to get my money back considering I spent hundreds of dollars on a rug. Don't waste your time or money, wish I'd done my research.

I purchased a cowhide rug and it is beyond my expectations as far as quality goes. I absolutely love it! The delivery was fast with no issues whatsoever. Thank you April & Oak for a beautiful product and fast delivery, especially over the Christmas period.

Have just placed my first order and am looking forward to receiving my products - however, the continual pop-up advertising $20 off your first order is very misleading and annoying as is only for orders over $199 - this is not conducive for further shopping from customers like myself who are buying small gifts for people. Maybe you should change it to 10% off your first order for everyone! Or include free shipping for your first order - something to make me want to return to your store.Hopefully my order arrives quickly.

I will never purchase from this company ever again I recommend that nobody purchases from this company if you want to be lied to. This company doesn’t even answer their phones every time you call you get a message reply saying that Claire is on another call this is Rubish. I ordered something a month ago and only received it today because I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up because the courier company that April and oak uses hunter express is the most cheapest and most unreliable courier company in Australia. Guys do yourself a favor and purchase from another company. I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing from this horrible company. Thank God from today I never ever ever ever have to deal with this company again. Watch a horror story. If I could leave -5 stars I would. Get your act together.

As a first time client of April and Oaks Rhodes, I am very impressed with the outstanding service from ordering to post delivery. I ordered a tall black steel cabinet with a glass door, the price was excellent and the product was quickly dispatched and delivered. When the cabinet arrived one pane of glass was broken, and it had caused some minor scratches inside. The staff at April and Oak immediately resolved the issue and I was able to get replacement glass locally the next day. I can’t speak highly enough of the April and Oak staff who kept in touch, and refunded part of the cost immediately. I highly recommend this business. I’ll be shopping there in the future. Exceptional service. Thank you for making my online experience so positive.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a company a poor review. We purchased a lamp for my little girls bedroom and sadly it didn’t really suit. We were able to return it for a refund with their 30 day return policy at our own expense. The return process started mid October, it is now heading toward the end of December and NO refund. The company are putting the blame on the courier company for not picking the lamp up however at the end of the day they are the company with whom we purchased, end responsibility lies with them. The staff are not helpful and my money is being held unfairly.I’ve never had such poor customer service from a furniture company. I do not recommend April&Oak do not buy from them.
