Returning customer with car booked in for a service at 8.00am today (booking made by phone call one month ago to coincide with my holidays) . Arrived at shop at 7.55am. Shop closed and a group of 7 people waiting outside all wanting to drop off their cars for service. I waited for 20 minutes and then left. Poor service... won't be returning. After looking at other reviews I notice this is not the first time that the shop is closed or doesn't open on time. New management is doing a disservice to the MyCar brand.

I would give zero stars actually. I had my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross serviced here just over a month ago for a major 90km service. I mentioned a scapping metal noise when reversing when I booked it in and when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up I asked if the noise was investigated and was told its probably some dust on the brakes. And that I had enough brakes until my next service. So thats 3 times I mentioned my concern. My husband and father inlaw heard the noise and investigated it, to find the brakes and rotar were metal on metal. When I took it to get another opinion, elsewhere, the mechanic was appalled and refused to let me drive with my brakes in such conditions. He said a month ago at the time of service only the brake pads would have needed replacing but because I was not made aware the rotars and brake pads need replacing now. Thanks alot MyCar... I no longer trust you with my safety.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My car died and I had it towed here, they charged $1200 to fix it after lying about doing the bare minimum of the essential service (they didn’t even change my oil?), my car died literally the day after picking it up. They made no mention of any pressing issues that would result in my engine not working, and I feel extremely let down that I paid $1200 for a car that ended up dying a day later.I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
