Super bad. He is not professional and he will charge unreasonable fee.He is smart. He only give quote and promise on phone. He won’t leave any evidence on the massage or voice message. When he is going to fix something he will charge more fee that he doesn’t mention before.We chatted on WeChat and he gives me the quote $100 for one check.First appointment at 19 Nov, he forgot the time. Then when he came to check the heater, he told me he need to change one part. And he will charge around $600. I believe in him and said“ok, change the one part and help me fix the heater”.On the phone, he promised me once change the part, the heater will work one year and he promise me it has one year guarantee .After a few minutes, he called me again and told me he didn’t have the machine parts with him, but he will buy it the next day and fix the heater.The next day, he called me he need time to buy it, he will fix it at 22 Nov.He didn’t come to fix the heater at 22 Nov.He came at 23rd, and he told me to pay around 1000 because he will change two part of the heater. And he told me it’s not worth to pay 1000 to fix the old machine, why I don’t install a new one and sold him the old machine.This time,I said no, I don’t want to change anything anymore. He became angry, and told me I have to pay him $180 for a check. I am shocked but luckily I have the chat record about the checking fee.After that He still send me the voice message saying that he is angry. I am not happy too. He is not honest. Why he blame on me? How ridiculous!Even though he has bad attitude, I payed him the check fee and told him to send me the invoice. He put me in the blacklist.He is not professional. He only want to rip us off.

I am really impressed with their skills. Finally our office ventilation functioning. Find few technician to repair it but all unable to fix it. This company help to fixed it. Thank you so much for your help. Reasonable price too.Excellent!!!

Very bad service. I am the person doesn't want to leave negative review, but these people really upset me. Originally they said they will come on Friday afternoon, but didn't turn up, then called them again and he promise to come on Sunday afternoon instead, didn't turn up again and without a notification. I called them again on Monday and turns out they block my phone number and I can't call them anymore. I am thinking what did I do wrong for you to block my phone number? I understand summer is a very busy season, but if you can't make it you can always contact me to change another time, that's not a big deal, but block my phone number is really low and unprofessional.

Fresh air & better ventilation after repaired. I saw how they wash out the ducts & all the dirts. Wah....if you don't see it yourself, you won't believe it. This company skill of cleaning is awesome.
