The HIIT Movement
I've been part of gyms before and nothing compares to the HIIT Movement. As a mum to a baby, I joined them on a 12 week challenge where Bradley, Chantell and the trainers gave me the support and tools inside and outside of the gym to meet and exceed my goals. After the 12 weeks, I stayed on and I love the sense of community in this gym. Their adaptability during the lockdown meant I could train 7 days a week to maintain my fitness and my mental health. The level of care from Bradley, Chantell and the trainers cannot be matched by any other gym. It is the best community to be a part of.

Absolutely the best place I have ever trained at! Love the attention to detail, motivation and all round energy when you attend a class. Chantell always leaves you with a smile on your face and feeling like you accomplished something. The trainers were so good when i returned post ceaser and also post surgery in making sure I was keeping safe during my exercise. I cannot recommend Hiit movement enough

I love this gym. I'm a PT and it's such a great atmosphere for everyone and anyone willing to drop their guard and just get into it.The trainers are amazing and the energy from Chantell is incredible.No matter your level of fitness, don't be afraid to come in and give it a go. These trainers will make sure you feel comfortable and safe.Every workout is not only challenging but FUN!I've made so many great friends here. What an amazing community!

A great community!The Hiit Movement is not just a place to train, to release your stress etc - it’s a family from Chantelle and Bradley the founders of the gym, the trainers right down to the clients. I have been to many gyms but this gym is something special. 30 minute intense work outs. The instructors cater for all levels. Trainers are encouraging, supportive and will push you where needed. The vibe is amazing. When you are there working out, it isn't a chore but an escape, a fun place to exercise at, have a laugh and train your hardest. Chantell and Bradley have built this gym from scratch and have created a positive place to work out. They have developed a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle from your mental health to your physical health. They are a wealth of knowledge and have built this gym to be what it is. They along with the trainers truly care for your wellbeing and achieving the goals you set out for yourself. Always there to support and motivate you at all times.I can not recommend The HIIT movement enough. Give it a go and come and join the community.

I train at The HIIT Movement because I love that I don’t have to think about anything before I get to the gym. It’s all thought out by the best trainers, they already know what’s going to get the best out of you! All I have to do is show up, and I can guarantee I am in for a good session. I have only been here for a few months now, but it was the greatest decision I have made. My love for the gym and working out grows each week. They make it fun, it’s such a super happy and positive environment, the time flies by and you feel amazing afterwards!

Started my 1 month challenge 3 weeks ago & I absolutely love this place. Chantelle is my absolute fav trainer, She is like a personal cheerleader always hyping every one up.Overall I just love the vibe & always look forward for my session.

The HIIT Movement has been the best gym we have ever trained at. They treat every member like family and go above and beyond to help you meet your goals. This has been the only gym I have enjoyed attending and I would genuinely look forward to each class. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time member of The HIIT family since the early days of opening and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. The most fabulous trainers, Chantell & Bradley know there stuff and make this studio a very safe and comfortable place to train. It's not only the music, the laughs, and the vibes you get from training here, but it's the friendships that i have made along the way has been so amazing!!

Seriously the best gym I have ever attended (and I have attended a lot). I generally find gym memberships hard to commit to, but from the moment I joined, Chantelle and the team made me feel welcome and comfortable - they were so encouraging and supportive. Their 6 and 12 week challenges are just that - challenging! But the support and motivation from the trainers makes them achievable and rewarding! If you are thinking of joining a gym but aren’t sure, give the HIIT Movement Rouse Hill a go!!
