A great vet surgery. Friendly staff. Clean welcoming space.Our dog, Max, our fussy blue heeler, was very well looked after by Anita the vet. I could tell Max trusted Anita who seemed to make him feel comfortable right away.She also offered some great advice and options for treatments for him.

The staff are friendly and professional and are always able to assist with any problem.and the prices are good certainly made my life easier.

The best vet surgery around! Such a positive experience compared to the others I’ve been to. Wonderful customer service and expertise. The environment was welcoming as soon as you walk in, and they do everything to ensure your furry loved one is well looked after. The consultation before my appointment went overtime and the admin lady was very apologetic and reassuring. The veterinarian was so helpful during the visit. She explained everything clear and concise and provided the best treatment for my cat. She also went out of her way to ensure the fees for the visit were kept as low as possible, most places try to milk as much as they can from you. 5/5 can’t fault it.

The best Vet service I've ever had.. And I've lived in America, Singapore, HK and Sydney. Firstly, they triaged my dog's needs, and rearranged their schedule to accommodate the severity of the situation. Secondly, they were very upfront with the likely costs involved with my dog's treatment, which allowed me to do some financial planning. Thirdly, they were flexible with payment options given the high cost of the treatment. Fourthly, they were responsive to my queries. Finally, they cared - the kind of caring you can't fake. The Yeronga Vet Surgery loves animals, and that sentiment is palpable from the moment you call for an appointment. And they also know their hooman clients very well! BEST VET SURGEY EVER!

Since moving to Brisbane in December 2019, we have been taking our pets to Yeronga Vet Surgery. They have always been very professional, compassionate and supportive and always show our pets the same love we have for them.When our old girl was diagnosed with sarcoma, they supported us through seeking a specialist opinion and ultimately through the loss. Their 'grief room' where we said goodbye to our girl was comfortable with a couch, tissues, fan and lots of space. We were allowed to bring our other dog and spend time as a family while they assisted us through those final moments.Most recently, they diagnosed our Golden Retriever, Lucy, with a cruciate ligament injury. They were mindful and considerate of the associated costs and provided multiple options. When their mobile specialist wasn't available, they didn't hesitate to refer on to a different clinic to make sure we could get timely treatment.Their communication while our pets are in their care is always fabulous and they always assist with our Medibank claims to ensure they can be submitted promptly.Despite having moved out of the local area, we continue to return to Yeronga Vet Surgery because we are always impressed with their care.

My whole life revolves around our animals and I wouldn't recommend anyone unless I believed in them . Mandy and I have been using their lifesaving services on all our loved family members for years even when everything was written on cards and filed . Cannot express my whole hearted love and appreciation for Emile and his wonderful team . Absolutely top notch 10 stars . Thank you

Terrible service! They said one price before surgery and the day of the surgery they mentioned another price totally different.I lost time, my pet has been 12hr without food and they don't care.

I cannot recommend Yeronga Vet Surgery highly enough for the absolute best quality of veterinary care! Our little Chihuahua is not a ‘people person’ and is easily stressed but she absolutely loves the team of incredible vets and veterinary nurses at YVC and is always very happy and relaxed in their care, whether it’s just for a regular appointment or for a day at the clinic for a dental or other surgical procedure. The team always go above and beyond to look after her current health and to provide recommendations to ensure her long term health is looked after. Thank you YVC for helping us make sure our special girl lives her best life!

I've been taking my cats here forever and they always get great care. The staff really care about the animals. And they're not as expensive as many. I can't see myself going anywhere else while I live within cooee of Fairfield.
