These blokes' customer service is second to none. My binoculars ended up with a small issue, but they were super happy to help me, and the issue was resolved very quickly. These people were the best customer service. They replied within two days every time.Thanks saxon.

HopelessSent my binoculars in for repair. After over a dozen phone calls with excuses about losing details and mailing problems, I got my binoculars back. They haven’t been repaired. Bloody useless

At age 80, I decided to invest in a telescope. Kenny and Steven arranged for me to pick up the telescope I wanted from their premises rather than my having to wait for a retailer to receive the telescope. Their action saved my telescope for making a further 'round trip' of some 6,000 km. I rate both Kenny and Steven as having given me a five-star service. They always answered me the same day after I had emailed them with queries. Having met both gentlemen, I can only say that their customer service and their treatment of customers is first class and I recommend them highly.

Unbelievably nice, helpful guys. I went there expecting nothing and got the Universe.Cant recommend Saxon enough. Looking forward to going back to buy an eyepiece next

Kenny is an absolute gem of the guy . He is very helpful with my endless question. He helped me make the right choice for the telescope. Despite the fact my budget was to spend a little more. The final recommendation i got actually saved me money. Thank you very much Kenny !

very helpful, was playing with my eyepiece and accidentally all the lenses came out of 10x and 16x eyepieces. called Saxon in Melbourne, dude took just an hour to unscrew the same eyepieces on his end. then made a pdf file including pictures he took of parts he unscrewed and wrote directions on how to assemble it step by step and then emailed it to me.

I've tried talking to them on their Facebook page about my brand new OTA having several light leaks and problems and they blocked me.Worst customer service I've experienced and the product is below par, I would never buy or recommend a Saxon telescope to anyone.
