This is the first indoor playground I have ever been in and I loved it. I know my son loves it too cos he was running around with a massive smile on his face.This is definitely for toddlers which is perfect for my 2yr old. Will definitely be taking him back there again.From about 4 different jumping castles, to slides, to a ball pit and climbing obstacles there is heaps of fun to be had and very little stress for parents.

A relatively large play centre with mainly inflatables. Toddler area is very good. The rest of area is not efficiently used. Older children may get bored in 20 minutes. A fairly large space with ample parking both under cover and open air. The space itself is big with a variety of different inflatables spread across two areas. Seemed good today but did get a bit warm towards the end of our time there.May have been the humidity but kids enjoyed the day.

Understand that the playhouse maybe under staff, none really care about no outside food and drinks in the area, also it surprised me that most of the kid is following the no shoes rules but not the parents, that's make the areas very dirty. Don't understand how they going to teach their kids.Recommend: get at least one staff in the playzone to control any dangerous activities.Hope will see some changes in the future.

The facilities were overall good.However, due to lake of staffs, the big place seems not controlled well.Many parents were wearing shoes in the playing areas and bringing hot drinks.

Great playground with inflatables, great variety of toys, so glad this service is available in Doncaster east area for children and families. However few issues I note that In the summer it gets hot in here, they need better air conditioning on hot days, I was sweating all over and noticed kids also sweating and getting tired many of them left. I suggest staff monitor the weather better on hot days and crank up the air con.Many of the cars have broken wheels etc I suggest the business does more regular inspection on the state of the toys and repair or replace them.

My child had heaps of fun and such a great way to enjoy a wet and cold day. Jumping castles in under 5 area as well as separate area for older children filled with jumping castles. Ride on cars, soft play and slides. Would recommend and will return another day for more fun.

Weekly visitor for myself and son at playcentre. As a playcentre it is very well suited to toddlers so we decided to have his birthday party there. Felt a little disappointed at the service received and quantity of food. We had 26 kids and their food was just left on the table. My experience at other playcentres is that the 'hostess' serves the food this way the food is rationed properly instead of self serve. We were told food would arrive 30 mins before our time ended in the room. 30 mins doesn't allow to find the kids, eat lunch, cut the cake and eat the cake, take pics, especially when they are so strict with timing due to other functions. Thankfully they brought the food out 45 mins prior to end time after I mentioned timing would be tight. No discount or free entry for birthday child to attend on another occasion. The food platters for adults was overpriced for what received. I did want to order more food for the adults and told I couldnt as I needed to preorder. Id recommend the playcentre, but maybe not for birthday parties especially when that large of a group.A feedback form was also just left on a table, assuming it was for me to complete? Noone mentioned anything to me and to find a pen was too difficult and that point as is was absolute chaos at the point so didn't bother. Owner is always polite when I see him here and there, just a couple of things may be need to be reviewed for birthday parties.

Things I liked about this place:- spacious- you can bring your own food- kids had a good timeThings I didn’t like about this place:- not very clean- some inflatables were not inflated and I felt that could be unsafe- they only serve unhealthy fried food that stinks the place up when they cook itWould I go again? Personally no but if you’re a local and it’s a rainy day and you need to get the kids out of the house it’s a good place for them to let out energy.
