Trustworthy Behavioural OptometristAphrodite and her team were great for our family. Assisted our kids with their eye tests and we found she was very thorough. Great range of stylish frames and well trained staff that helped us choose frames to suit. I would definitely recommend this Optometrist particularly if you have kids with visual difficulties.

It's so rare to find an inviting and friendly practice such as this one. Family owned and operated makes a difference. One of the few Behavioural Optometrists around makes it child friendly too. The Optometrists are professional and informative, and the staff are always friendly and offer great advice when selecting frames etc. Wonderful range of frames practical & trendy.

I could not be happier with the service that I received from Eyecare Plus at Alexandra Hills.I have not received such a thorough and in depth eye examination at any of my previous attempts to find a optometrist practice, their attention to detail truly sets them apart from the rest. I have taken both of my children to see Aphrodite in the past year, and have been really impressed with the tests she was able to do to check their eyesight from such a young age. The reception team are also great with kids, and so welcoming, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier <3

This place prescribed my daughter glasses that she did not need, we were silly and didn’t get a second opinion and ordered the $500-600 multifocal glasses they said she needed desperately before things worsened.Went to spec savers today for a 12 month check up and she has 20/20 vision and no need for glasses, the lenses in her glasses were of a very low grade so they didn’t affect her eyes…This place is an absolute scam as we have now been advised from many people that this place has done the same to them and their children!!STAY AWAY OR AT LEAST GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!

I have not been to an optometrist for probably 13 years. Decided to go here be cause it is local to me. What a refreshing experience. Igor was a wonderful optometrist. Gave me excellent advice and diagnosis. I did not need reading glasses, I needed distance glasses.They accommodated me so well and took into consideration my health issues.Wonderful staff.I placed my trust in them and it was rewarded.Yes, the glasses, are expensive. There was no charge for the diagnosis using the probable $500000 of optical diagnostics equipment. There was $300000 of equipment in one room alone. The scans can, from looking at the back of your eyes, diagnose early so many health conditions. They are a gateway to diagnosing your health.And they have to contend with short notice cancellations of patients. I didn’t have to wait at all because of a prior cancellationSo no complaints about the cost of the glasses. They will serve me well for many years and I saved so much getting what I actually needed than what I thought I needed.Igor even sent me the scans to my email for my own interest and records.Therese, you were wonderful with your advice as were all the staff there.I can highly recommend this optometrist.

Fantastic experience! I was referred to this clinic through word of mouth and was not dissapointed. I was experiencing visual concerns that no previous optometrist has been able to assist with. After wearing spectacles for the last 16 years, for the first time I feel assured and confident with the assessment and spectacles Aphrodite has presribed. Staff were also very experienced and acommodating throughout.
