I give my hino 700 model 2010 for repair head gasket every mechanic take just for one week and they promise me for 6 working days I give it them 19th of July now it’s 20th of Aug Service everything cost me many things for not reasonable stale in a tasting tell me overheating what the problem it’s people work in this shop not expert enough I lost my customer and my job don’t give your truck to this shop

Very bad truck and bad customer service , we bought new trucks from city Hino, 3 times trouble on the high way, I suggest buy isuzu truck more better, even second hand isuzu truck better thank brand new hino.

The correspondence and communication from City Hino was wonderful. From the salesman, General manager and the accounts department they were all great people to deal with. Nothing to fault them on! Purchased hino for $62000 ,worst experience as I picked up the truck on a Saturday and the front tyres were bald and front end vibrated dangerously.When rang sales man he said get it fixed and send the bill,9months later still waiting for invoice to be paid for $750,disgraceful customer service,we have a fleet of 28 vehicles we will never buy a hino from Arndell Park
