Applied for a rental property, a couple days later I decided to contact the person in charge on the property with an email asking for an update, no response. I called the office, they told me they’ll pass on the message, nothing. Day after I decided to call office again and they say they’ll pass the message, nothing. Day after I tried to email the property manager without any response, I called them and left a message and no response. 10 days later I received an email my application was unsuccessful and the property manager finally got back to me saying they had been on leave. How come people in the office don’t know this?I understand the market is messed up right now, but don’t ghost people.If that’s the professionalism level their property managers have, amazing news that I wasn’t successful. If I was a landlord, I’d avoid.

I've had my rental property with Areal for 15 years but now need to sell it. Monty Gill, my rental agent, has been such a help to me. He has been patient with all my questions throughout the process of my tenant's exit and prioritised the final inspection so I can get it on the market ASAP. He even returned my calls a few times when he was sick at home (I never expect that of anyone). Thank you Monty for your support. Great agents. The apartment that I live in was moved from one agency to other. When areal was appointed, initially I had challenges to navigate but when I reached out to office, especially Reenee. She was very helpful. She informed me about my new property manager Cissy. The things that was pending with previous agent for months, Cissy fixed them in matter of seconds. I was renting a property with Areal Property (previously Melbourne Property Management) for 4.5 years. They have a very good online platform to log and track maintenance requests.Alicia Giatras was my property agent. She was always helpful, approachable and professional. Last month I moved out. Exit process was very easy and refund of my bond was quick. Would definitely recommend Areal Property.

I am a tenant at this agent, I really had a bad experience with this company. I rented through an agent and after a few months the agent handed over my contract through this agent, when I moved into the state of the house not being clean, I emphasized not clean everywhere there were even feces. The stick in the toilet hasn't been cleaned yet, but with no experience and need for accommodation I accepted the rental and didn't ask to clean everything when I moved in, I took a few pictures to save, but really bad experience when i moved out, they asked me to clean and have to provide proof of having professional company working while the house when i moved in they did nothing, i pay 200 $ for carpet cleaning and $450 for house cleaning. But they sent me a list of pictures I had to fix while it was there before I moved in, when I provided proof, they removed it, and kept asking me I had to do it, they asked me to do it again and gave me a short time that they were sure that I couldn't do it, and they asked me to hire someone to do it and I would be responsible for the cost, I told them I would take responsibility for things I did but couldn't make me pay for things I didn't know about. Tenants here consider and save pictures everything even small scratches in the house, because if you can't prove it you will have to pay for things you didn't do.
