I called Salil with an issue i was having with my dishwasherHe explained the call out fee and what it included, which was reasonable.I explained the issue i was having and he asked me to try a couple of things. As it turns out, he fixed it over the phone and at the same time, restored my faith in tradies. He could have come out, charged me and fixed it in 1 minute, but he didntThank you for your honesty Salil

Salil responded to my enquiry within one business day, he got in contact with me and came out the next day within the expected time frame. He was friendly, professional, transparent and fixed my oven in the first visit. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend!

Great service. Enquired to fix our oven as it had stopped heating up. Prompt initial response and we agreed a time for inspection. Arrived on time and quick to diagnose issue and had the parts required to fix the issue in his van, so repair was very quick.Great price and service

Just moved into our new home and oven wasn't heating. Called and was told technician could come past and assess fault. He checked oven and found fault quickly, and even randomly had part for repair in his van. All sorted promptly and his friendly service was great too.Looking forward to knowing I have someone I can rely on in future. Thank you

Salil fixed our gas oven recently, and we are very pleased with the service he gave us. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it in a very clear manner. His professionalism, reliability and good communication were exemplary, and the cost of getting these repairs done was more reasonable than others who gave us a quote. Highly recommended.

Honest, reliable and efficient. Though our hose was not able to be repaired we loved that time was taken to call the store we brought from & ask for spare parts. We loved Salil's honesty and very helpful nature.
