Ivan at Elite Office Furniture was great to deal with - really helpful and we love our new glass board! So we walked into their shop in Silverwater NSW expecting to see a showroom of office furniture and quickly realised that this was only a sales office. We were quickly greeted by one of their team members - Mr Prashant Shresstha. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. He walked us over to his computer where we were able to view a wide range of their products. We purchased a number of different items and had a really pleasant shopping experience. Delivery on time by very pleasant driver. Bookcase is excellent quality. Was missing one hole in base, which is insignificant and does not affect stability or strength. Would buy from Elite again.

Elite office furniture was super accomodating to my lead time requirements and constant changing of orders to ensure what I envisioned was delivered and installed by their amazing team. I worked closely with Shane from the elite team who looked after me during this process. Shane regularly check in on my changes and ensured that I got the perfect design and layout. I made some mistakes in my order originally that Shane picked up on and invertibly saved me from a poor set up by providing his expertise and overall a high quality set up and install.

Very good customer service from Ivan in particular. Beat a price match I found without hesitation. Haven't received goods yet but have previously ordered through them and all went well.
