The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. When moving in to house they hadn't even checked that the lights worked and gave the wrong keys so have to get a lock smith and a electrician in as soon as we moved in.Then when we moved out they charged us extra for cleaning the blinds and for using screws instead of picture hooks to hang pictures, they fixed neither just tooks the charges (confirmed by the people who moved in afterwards). Such a pain to get anything sorted, I wouldn't recommend for either Tennant or landlord.
