A true delight in every way! The staff are super friendly and welcoming - you feel like you've known them for years!!A personal favourite are the delicious potato cakes (or as us Queenslanders say 'potato scallops', made to order. Definitely worth popping in to this little gem of a general store.

I ordered a steak sandwich by phone order, walked to store and order was ready but I'd found my wallet was empty, my car was broken into that day and I hadn't checked wallet as it was hidden and was still there, I apologized and told her I'd have to cancel and showed her police report, she let me have it anyway. It was delicious. I came in next day to pay for it and of course got another. I would probably go there 3 times a week whenever I'm in the area. Fish is delicious. They also very helpful with advice on the area

As a visiting bird watcher I was surprised to find the owners of this shop know a lot about birds! Helpfully set us off in the direction of a veritable bird paradise in Warneet with ice creams and drinks at the ready. Super friendly, chatty and knowledgeable, great ambassadors for the area. Thanks guys!

This shop doesn't stick to the takeaway fish and chips hours. Can't be bothered making batter for certain items. Not everything listed on the menu is available. I give up.
