We travelled across town to visit, and unfortunately it felt like less than 20% of the styles available online were able to be tried on in store. What was available only had a couple of sizes left. E.g. a top we looked as only had XL left out on display in all colours. Disappointing, please consider stocking your store more frequently with more styles - it seems like this is a common issue after staff recommended we return on the day clothes were usually restocked.2 stars for staff only - who were all lovely and very helpful, even though unfortunately we weren’t able to find anything we were looking for.

I had a lovely experience with Allie who helped me shop for some new linen pants. She was super quick to start me a change room, get me different sizes and suggest pieces that went well with my aesthetic. She was super genuine which I appreciate when shopping rather than someone pushing products for the sale rather than the individual customer. Customer service 11/10!

To date I have only ever purchased Dissh online. Today I visited the Chadstone store for the first time and it was a great experience. I was served by Diana who could not do enough to help me. Her friendly and professional nature made the in store experience exceptional. As much as I loath coming to chadstone I will definitely take the pain of car parking to visit the Dissh store to receive the exceptional service I received.

I recently had an issue with a pair of sunglasses I had purchased online, so I brought them into the store to have the issue looked at. The customer service provided by Abby and Irene was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Abby was the first person to assist my partner and me with selecting a pair to exchange for the initial pair. She was incredibly friendly and understanding, and showed previous sales and product knowledge to assist in the exchange. After encountering an issue with the exchanged pair, we returned to the store. Irene listened to my issue and took the time to explain the process for resolving the problem. She was equally as friendly and professional. I am truly impressed with the level of customer service provided by Abby and Irene and would highly recommend this store to others because of their help.

LOVELY staff - all of them (possibly up to 6!) working were so friendly, checking in and helpful with sizing options. There was a few things I’d love to have tried that weren’t available so the ladies were offering up sizing advice or similar styles to give me a guide. Great experience and a lovely store x

I have had couple of issues with the Cami pants (the leg seam was twisted on one pair and the other pair had one leg longer than the other). However, upon emailing them photos as requested, Tenille from their customer services team was most helpful and organised a replacement pair to be sent, which arrived in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with this level of customer service.

I recently bought a $160 worth dress online that came with stitching marks all over!! When I raised this to online chat team, they strung me around for an hour asking for photos and then said it's my fault for ordering it. As they know the stitching marks are there. I said it's not evident from their website that dress will be covered with marks but I was gaslighted hard. It looks unfinished and Dissh refused to even pay for a return label! The least thing they can offer me for wasting my time. Poor quality made dresses and just awful customer service!! Don't buy dresses from them.

I recently had the most distressing encounter at Dissh, a clothing store that prides itself on being trendy and inclusive. However, my experience shattered any illusion of inclusivity and left me feeling deeply hurt and discriminated against. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review to shed light on the racism I faced at Dissh.

The discrimination you receive from the employees here if you are a person of colour is appalling.Have come into the store 3 times now and the way not only I, but multiple other women of colour were treated in comparison to the obviously Caucasian customers was shocking. From the moment you enter the store, you are subject to dirty looks and no receive no greetings from the workers. If you ask for help, it’s as if you are a bother and you are asking them to complete the most difficult task in the world when you’re asking a simple question any customer would ask. If you pay attention to the way the customers who aren’t of colour are treated, the difference is so evident. Suddenly the customer service is through the roof and the workers are so friendly and chirpy and trying to get to know you and your needs better. It’s 2023, this behaviour is honestly disgusting. Do better.
