I just got back from the States and I had a lot of clothes that needed laundry and dry cleaning. Kylie and her amazing team at Laundry Point made the whole job easy with convenience and courtesy.I highly recommend their service. I am so glad they are there to help. Fast, easy and efficient. The best laundry service around! Easy to use, responsive team to answer any questions and in the end it saved me a lot of time and stress! Everything came back impeccably clean, undamaged and all sorted and folded!! Incredible service that I didn't even need to leave my home for!! Will definitely be recommending laundry point to my friends and using again.

Amazing Laundry service!!! I was very stressed when my washer/drier both broke at the same time and it was taking a while to replace them. This service made this time soooo super easy (so easy, it was hard to go back to doing my own laundry when replacements were installed). Very easy to book, very quick turnaround- get your washing back all nice and folded within 24hours!!! Will use again if overwhelmed by laundry for sure!

Excellent service by Teigan. Always picked up on time and delivered as high quality folding and packaging. Used while at a hotel for a month with the price of this service being 1/7 the price of hotel laundry.

I have used Laundry Point a few times now and they never disappoint. The app is easy to use and the communication for pick up and drop off is clear. I would highly recommend them, especially for Doona cleaning. Very professional and good value for money.

Laundry Point is in Melbourne which I didn't realise when I booked for my Sydney business. What a shame cause the owner called me and was extremely helpful about using a laundry service for my Airbnb clients. Very nice to deal with, great customer service.

The service I received from Laundry Point was incredible! I had a whole heap of washing built up and it immediately was fixed by a couple of clicks of the app. They were very responsive to any questions I had prior to pick up, then came and picked it up within two hours! They rang me to notify me of a price change to what I originally ordered, then the washing came back to me folded perfectly and smelling fantastic. 100% recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been using Laundry Point the last few weeks whilst we have a bathroom/laundry renovation. The app is super easy to use and laundry is picked up within a few hours and returned the next day. I don't even need to be home, I just leave it on our front verandah and get a message to say it has been actioned.
