I am rating the parking only.... it was the 4th parking place I tried as they were all full in the area. The others also were charging prices that made my eyes water. The parking here had a lot of empty unreserved parks and charged reasonably less than the previous ones. There were a fair few that were small parks, but you get that on the big jobs- and my Mazda 3 fits.

You can park here, the spaces are tight and the exit will test your spatial awareness of the corners of your car. Great for small cars as there is usually parking and it's not a rip off.

A decent place to hang out and have a few drinks, but the rooftop bar gets very crowded very quick making for an uncomfortable experience; not to mention when it rains the rooftop is practically useless. Expensive, slow service, but a novelty bar for Perth.

This is actually architecture. There is a huge atrium rather than just a double floor void like all the other buildings. Love it

The ground floor is very pretty with it's waterfall water feature, hanging plants and seating areas. It seems like quite a peaceful place to hang out (Not much to do there other than martial arts, though. Not that there's anything wrong with martial arts - Jan de Jong has good quality classes).
