The staff were really friendly and helpful, got our new NBN plan set up and switched on before we even walked home! Were quick and easy to set up with, and got a discount for bundling.Only downside at this particular store is, if you are with Vodafone, you cant actually get signal in the store. So it means you can't look up products or details more yourself while you browse or wait.

Had some bad experience with the store recently. However, the young guy Mr Parshwa did a splendid job in resolving all problems. He displayed highly appreciable customer service. I strongly believe he has a very good prospect ahead of him.

Absolutely useless staff, terrible provider who can't seem to explain why they can't provide reception to their customers. Paid insurance, tried using insurance just to find out was a completely useless policy, cancels it and continued to be charged for it for about a year. Bunch of clowns! No one in store or at their office has any clue what they're doing!
