Can't praise Aaron from Heel & Sole enough. There is literally nothing this man can't fix. My daughter recently bought her first (second hand) car and it only came with one key which had a damaged casing. Aaron had her fixed up with a brand new replica key and a spare and we were on our way. Have been to him for many other things over the years and he always provides first class service and a friendly smile. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolute masters of their craft. I've been to several different places in my time for repairs to my leather motorcycle jackets and RM Williams boots, and I'm devastated it took me this long to find Heel and Sole Man Capalaba. I have never had work done half as good as these guys pump out on every job. The blokes working there are obviously passionate about what they do and enjoy it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent repair on my handbag lining. After trying so many other places and being told not possible, the gents at Heel & Sole took on a tricky job. They replaced my fabric lining a soft leather and now this bag will last years and years. (After and Before photos included)

Amazing service!! After shutting my key in my car door and bending it beyond use they were able to replace the key and even walked over to my car to program the key even though it was a 2km walk!!! Can't that you all enough.

I had a pair of expensive runners that I wore the soles out during a particularly active daily walking regime during 2021.To replace the shoes would have been around $240. But there was nothing wrong with them except for wear to the soles.They were able to resolve them for $80.Very happy with the job they did.

I returned to the heel and some man due to excellent customer service from the owner previously. This time I dealt with the younger guy and I’ve got to say his customer service is severely lacking. He was abrupt and rude. He needs to watch how the owner interacts with customers and learn from it.

I cannot thank Darrin and Aaron enough for going above and beyond to help me. They managed to find a solution which meant I could drive my car from the city to Capalaba using my damaged car key fob. Once I was at Capalaba they provided an excellent service and I bought two electronic car keys.I would highly recommend them and have already told family and friends that is the place to go.
