A short walk through ferns and trees from parking spot to meeting point with Tasmanian NP guide. Great information panel’s explaining evolution of caves in area. Stalactites, stalagmites and columns were brilliant. Not a massive cave, however we’ll presented and not very strenuous to visit. Website recommends booking in advance. We took a chance and rocked up to ticket office. Tours were booked out for morning, but afternoon spots were available. First available was 3hrs later. No problem as staff suggested a couple of short walks in the area to pass time.

The cave was absolutely and utterly beautiful. However, what really made it all the more spectacular was our tour guide. Big shout out to Dave, he's done an incredible job and really knows his stuff! He made the tour interesting and entertaining. You can just tell when someone truly loves their job and he's one of them! Would go back again in the future for sure!

Photos don't do this place justice, you can't help but be amazed by the natural features of this cave. You have to go in with a guide, which is good as they are really well trained and have lots of good information.Park in the car park and it's a quick walk to the entrance. Allow an hour for the tour, there's a few steps but nothing too hard. Also there's zero phone reception there.

What an awesome experience being taken into the caves by our lovely guide Aaron. The passion and education we received by our guide was second to none. The caves were incredible and nature at its best. Please refrain from touching the stalactite or stalagmites as it may damage the cave. It's only 9 degrees inside so bring a jacket and enjoy the experience!

Beautiful dry cave with a lot of interesting formations. No river or glow worms. The tour was amazing ( 50 minute tour ).You need to book in advance otherwise it might be fully booked. They have limited spaces.

The tour was amazing. The hour passed way too quickly and could've easily gone around for another hour. Our tour guide was awesome and allowed everyone to take their time taking photos. No glow worms here as it's a 'dry' cave but the formations were the most impressive we saw in the area. The caves stay a mild 9 degrees C so dress accordingly. Suitable for kids too, but make sure they keep their hands to themselves. Book ahead to avoid disappointment as there's only 8 people permitted per tour.

Great experience with a great guide. Please don't be offended, but this tour would not suit overweight people due to the need to pass through some very tight squeezes and narrow tunnels. Ground is a bit slippery in some parts. However, a fantastic experience.

Beautiful dry cave (ie no river in the cave) with a lot of interesting formations. An easy walk (around 200m) with a few low and tight parts of the path (but nothing stressful). The guides are knowledgeable and informative. A great little tour not to be missed if you're in the area.

Recommended to book your tickets in advance, you can do it online or over the phone. Our guide Aaron was very passionate and super friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The whole tour is about 45 minutes.
