Had my dads photo for his funeral done here, very quick and looked amazing, have been to this family business many times, every single time they have been very helpful and there work is perfect!

I would not recommend this business to anyone! Absolutely poor customer service, rude. Overpriced.I paid well over $380 for a rare print with artist signature by a family member who now is in a home after a severe stroke, It's a print that I will never get again. They glued the print to the mat and it bubbled and warped!!! It looks disgusting. Not only that but the glass wasn't cleaned after removing the adhesive film and there is a distinct impression of writing on the glass that can be seen and I can't clean.The worst experience ever. I can't or won't get my money back so thought I'd warn others before taking sentimental things to be framed. Do not trust these framers with anything!

This is my 2nd experience of the wonderful service 'Bendigo City Framers' provides: I was assisted with the choosing of two frames by a warm and friendly worker who has a very creative and artistic eye - the frames and borders she helped me choose were beautiful- and - upon receiving the completed painting and photo - even more stunning than when I had left the aforesaid in 'Bendigo Framers' VERY capable hands.I love their work - their service is creative, friendly, time and cost effective - and the end result is exquisite - highly recommended!Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Was helped with picking out a frame I liked and shown what my print would look like with mount board. They asked if I needed it urgently. It was ready to pick up in two hours of me dropping my print off. Very pleased with the turnaround time and the quality of the framing.
