Karijini is AMAZING. Hot weather, cold water, stunning scenery.

Probably my favourite gorge in Karijini. Easily accessible via a short walk from the Eco Lodge, and down a few ladders. A very peaceful place to spend a sunny afternoon. Some great photography opportunities too.

Incredible views, wish we couldve done the gorge walk but with all those steps, it was too hard with the kids

Easy hike down, took way less time than the map suggested. Once in the gorge there is a bit of rock climbing but it’s not difficult if you’re able bodied. Just go slow and you’ll be okay. Walk up to the amphitheatre like pool and walk back down the gorge to find a narrow swimming stream that winds down the rocky gorge.

A nice gorge with swimable water (April) 5 minutes walk from Karijini eco resort camp grounds. Steep but still achievable for young and old with steel ladder platforms for the steepest bits. A great place to start when you first get here.

Very nice. Now they have built stairs there are a lot of people here, but worth a look.

I think it was more memorable before the ladders went in. It was a real heart stopper climbing down the cliff.Once you're down there, the gorge is impressive. Great views from the top where the hypothetical river flows down the falls.Would be awesome to see in full flood

What an awesome walk. It is very quick but has a few steep stairs and tricky places. When you get to the bottom where the main falls/pool is you can either wade through water to get to it or scale the rocks, up-to you! The falls weren’t flowing but it still looked stunning. I would recommend when you get down the main metal stairs to go to the left also and see the gorge there, we even saw people stand up paddle boarding in the water there!“ Jonique Life”Follow our journey around Australia on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube as we highlight wonderful experiences and magical places you can add to your ever growing bucket list.

Fantastic gorge 3 segments at bottom.of stairs turn right to the waterfall a small pool underneath a waterfall mostly a trickle but still spectacular. Return to the stairs for the middle pool continue straight through a squeeze point and scramble down a slope into last pool and main gorge 200m swim to the end is worth it...
