Chloe and the team were so helpful at fitting me in for a service the very next day and assisting me to make the booking work around my work commitments. When it turned out I needed to pop back for some further work due to reaching the 150k anniversary the team were able to book me in quickly and help me out with a loan vehicle. Of all the experiences I’ve had when it come to TLC for my car and being educated on the costs this was by far one of the best!

Their service was above and beyond the call of duty. My car was serviced but a repair required my car to be kept overnight. Thankfully, I requested the loan car in advance (due to where I live), and because of the change of plan, they let me keep the loan car until the next day when the repair was completed.I highly recommend you, and I think you got some free advertising by driving the loan car where I live!

My experience of Cooper Automotive Kingston was EXCELLENT.Their service, knowledge, after-service care, value for money, fast turn-around, friendly service and going the extra mile now makes them my preferred mechanic and soon to be the other cars in the family too.Matt was excellent from my initial call, dropping off, picking up and everything in between!I received follow up calls, expert advice and additional services which I was not charged for even though I kept Matt there after-hours.Considering my vehicle's considerable issue which needed repairing, Cooper's had my car from 9-4 pm and I don't believe their final bill reflected the time it would've taken to fix!For this I am extremely grateful.Admittedly, I was recommended to Coopers by a friend, who highly recommended them, but before ringing I read all their reviews, which I can say I can completely agree with and which I'm more than happy to contribute to.If in doubt, try them out. Great service from the team with checking my battery system out and providing recommendations. Wasn’t pushing a sale and just wanted to help. Ended up replacing the 2nd battery and now have a lot more confidence for the rest of our travels. Highly recommend.

Stay away, we're lucky to be alive.Had a full safety inspection carried out in August on my wifes car. She only drives a couple of days a week, and we're under five months since this inspection. They failed to identify a worn boot joint in the front drivers side. We'd been coming back from Sorrel and along the mountain, before the wheel ripped off the side without warning. Fortunately we were only doing 40k/hr, but we had no control. The wheel has torn off and pulled up into the cars body, leaving sheared metal all along the road before we stopped. If this had happened along the highway, we could have been wiped out, and potentially someone else.Go literally anywhere else, a lazy mechanic isn't worth your life.
