I'm not the type to write reviews but I had to on this on as they were sooo unprofessional. First time there and it will be my last time there. First 5 minutes she was good but as soon as I complimented her it went down hill. She spent 15 minutes applying oil and massaging me with hardly no pressure. Ended the last 5 minutes talking to an employee. There's no serenity. Waste of time and money.

First time going to this place as I heard it was a good place, not even 5mins into my massage; the lady left to attend the front desk, and from then on she kept walking in and out the whole duration of my massage, she even made a phone call while massaging me and speaking so loud. Was not happy, she was super rough my whole body was in agony for a whole week. A place that’s meant to be for relaxing did the total opposite. Will not be attending here again.

First time going there massage was okay but what topped it for me was they charged me 2 x 30mins instead of 1 hr just to get the extra $10. There loss won't be going back there or recommending. MONEY HUNGRY.

We asked for a foot massage and it was simply not professional or good quality. It seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and went as per their own perspective on how a massage should be done - hence not professional or good quality.We also asked for female masseuse since we are also females and they only had men... to massage our feet, which made us feel not entirely comfortable.You can definitely find a Better quality massage for their pricing or even less !WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

WORST MASSAGES EVER - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I should of known from the first time I went. So rough, not relaxing at all. The first time I went was during pregnancy for my sore feet. The masseuse kept stopping to use her phone!! And shortened the massage by a couple minutes. And the massage was terrible. Due to location convince, I went back the other day for a body massage and I can’t believe how rough the masseuse was. Not slow and soothing at all. Obviously not qualified because there’s no way someone would be taught to massage like that. Waste of money. Now I know to not go back. Absolutely terrible massages. I would rate them a 0.

I got a gift voucher for my Christmas present for an hour massage.The lady rub my leg and rub my shoulder for an hour on each side with no pressure.Then she told me I’m finish.She didn’t touch my hands.She didn’t touch my feet neck head or the top of my shoulders It was the worst massage I have ever had in My life.I would never go back this is the first review I have ever written but it was that bad I had toLady was not qualified she really had no Idea what she was doing .
