The service provided by Presilla has been amazing. She was able to accommodate our exact needs without fluss or fluster. The location is great and the premises are extremely well-maintained and secure. We looked at a number of storage options and are glad that we chose Storage King, Mt. Gravatt.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had any questions and queries. They provided me with all the information I needed and some that I didn't even know I needed. When I organized something with them, they did exactly what they said they would do and they were always polite and punctual. The prices were fantastic and the opening special is brilliant. The storage areas are clean tidy and they catered for all of my storage needs. I would recommend this storage king to anyone needing self storage.

The staff here are the best. Nothing is too much trouble. They a courteous, helpful and great with their advice. The site is spotless and access is easy to all units All undercover!)… And the costs are very competitive.

The lady was very helpful, she stumbled over her words a little but I think that comes with having done the job for so long. Haha. It was a pleasure to meet with her and hopefully dealing with the facility alone will be just as smooth.

Amazing customer service, I went in yesterday to have my wheels packed and sent, the customer service that the manager offered was amazing. Very helpful, nothing was too hard for her and even helped me box them up and wrap them for a safe trip across Australia. I highly recommend this business and will always use this particular location for any boxing or storage needs. Thank you again!

Being overwhelmed with the process of moving interstate. Gianna and Jordan went over and above to help us. Gianna said she would take care of us even recommending Armstrong removalists for the move. Everything was seamless, quick and easy and cost effective. Felt very blessed to have come across a company like this who is honest, trustworthy and helpful. The facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend them to everyone I speak too.
