The lady was so aggressive and rude. They took 2 hours to do my nails and they were only infills with french tip. They then charged me $65 for infills and justified that by saying it was because of the french tip. French tip is only $5 extra according to their website and pamphlet so I’m confused as to where the extra $30 came from.

worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I even gave it a second chance as I thought maybe the first time they were just busy. My friend and I got manicures and he filed our nails literally crooked. He tried to repaint my nails without even removing the old gel polish and without smoothing and reshaping the nails. They try to fit too many people in so you’re not getting proper attention and it becomes a half effort job to just get you in and out. I would not recommend going here.

MADE ME BLEED !! DO NOT GO HERE, i’m now going to have to book a doctors appointment for the infection from the feral state of their cleanliness. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED PAIN LIKE THIS BEFORE !! anywhere else would be better… they didn’t even care & charged full price like come on.Update, I have an cut infection caused by this place.

Awful! Left the salon in pain with 4 nails cut and bleeding due to the roughness of the person doing my nails!! so over priced too and I swear they change the prices on the spot to scam you for more money.

I went to this salon for the first time and it will be my last. The ladie were very unprofessional and rude. I was very disappointed with the service. DO NOT recommend anyone coming here!

Waited an hour to get nails done, even though when I walked in they said they would do it straight away. Asked for shellac on hands and feet, they started to give me a pedicure and were very upset when I told them that isn’t what I wanted. Taking in too many customers at once and they couldn’t handle it. After over an hour I walked out with only toes shellac. Will not be returning!

Had made a booking to have 2 nails fixed with SNS. I got there on time for my booking and waited 30 minutes until someone started on my nails. I had to confirm multiple times that I was only having 2 nails fixed with SNS. Somehow that seemed hard for them to grasp. Ended up waiting 45 minutes to have my 2 nails fixed and it was done by the nail tech who was sitting doing the lady next to me. It took her under 10 minutes to fix my nails. I even watched another girl come in 20 minutes after me, with no booking get sat down straight away and they started to work on her. The fact that I had said I would be in a rush when I had previously booked my appointment before I came in, then to walk in and wait 30 minutes to even be given the colour swatches to choose from was ridiculous. After all that they had the balls to overcharge me for those 2 nails. If you are genuinely desperate to have your nails done, I still wouldn't recommend going here.

SNS nails done Tuesday. By Wednesday cracks had appeared. I went back to get them fixed on Saturday... their fix was to file and stick a further coat on top. The cracks appeared again in hours and now chips.I have used SNS for 4 years. Never had this problem before so it's either substandard fake" sns or pior application.If you want your nails done properly and them to last more than a few days go elsewhere"

I had a shellac french Mani done 3 weeks ago.It's still on. Looking really good.I only had to file them a little bit.
