Prouds the Jewellers Maddington

Laura was so helpful and got best customer service from her ,she was very kind and Respectful, thank you so much.

My sisters sovereign ring was damaged by their jeweller and the state manager said 'they were not responsible' - Consumer Protection says otherwise.They have before photos which they will not email to my sister - so she can take the ring to an independent jeweller to get it repaired. A worker in the store even told my sister their jeweller was 'no good and they were trying to get rid of them'.Terrible experience, my sister is now going through Consumer Protection to get Prouds to pay the $500 for it to be put back to its original state. Very unhelpful state manager that obviously has no idea these problems are the reason the company has insurance.DO NOT leave your jewellery here for repair unless you don't love it!

After many visits to the maddington store looking for a new ring for myself, today I finally got one, woohoo. The staff there were absolutely amazing, every time I went they gave me proper attention and were very helpful as I kept changing my mind, they put up with my indecision & must of thought -oh no here she comes again- but I didn't get that vibe. Very professional.

Went in to Prouds Maddington today with $200 to spend on a watch, yet despite being the only customers in the shop and knowing the type of watch we wanted we really got the can't be bothered vibe from the young girls in store.After reluctantly fetching us 3 to look at it all seemed too much trouble and we were were advised to maybe try another store.Customer service was very poor , they didn't even try... didn't even remove watches from display holder or undo strap for me to try on! Go elsewhere, I did.

These people that work there are amazing they take the time to help awesome people thank you Josh

Normally the customer service is great but today I waited 15 minutes for someone to service me while the 2 girls that were on, completely ignored me and didn’t even say that they will be with me shortly. One of them was having a conversation with a colleague who had come in on their day off, I already knew what I wanted and when I was served I was done in less then 5 minutes.I’m extremely disappointed as this prouds is normally so good and staff is normally great but today I’m very disappointed

Popped in to ask for a repair. Safety chain had come off of a link on my bracelet. You lady was keen to assist me by reattaching it. She explained that it wouldn't be as secure as having a new one soldered by the jewler but I wasn't interested in that. No charge and very helpful.

The lady there was very helpful.She adjusted my watch band without charging me.It was very kind and very appreciated.

Oh my LordI WOULD NOT recommend this jewellers,not only did they break my chain, they then called me a liar and we're going to make me pay for a new clasp,which is not cheap.They also never did the original job that I paid them to do initially and sent back the damaged jewelry.i must say that even the photos that they produced proved the piece intact on original arrival BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.safe to say I got my money back and went elsewhere I recommend others do the same.

Good friendly service. Told the lady I had a price limit and what I had in mind and she was super helpful. Would definately shop here again
