Caller Brett in regards to repairing a tyre that had a nail stuck in it. He told me to bring the car down and he would happily take a look at it.Although where the puncture was ment that the tyre couldn't be repaired, he was so helpful explaining why and what my options would be.He then put the spare tyre on free of charge and said he wished he could help more.I will definitely be back for this kind of service. Thanks guys

Brett was fantastic, I happened to have my steering wheel become loose at the 7 eleven. I approached Brett for some help on the spot, he was quite busy and still helped me out and got it all fixed in 30mins.Definately recommend

I had my 1st experience with ultra tune & the quality of service was A1. There were issues that I didn't mention and they found the fault reported it to me and fixed the problem. I had been involved with auto industry for 20 years and this was the best experience I've ever had. Top job Brett and team at hallam. Wayne

I went here to service my Mini Cooper in late June this year. I was told everything was running smoothly, a basic to medium service was done where I paid $797.. next day after, a red signal appeared in my car indicating wrong tyre pressure and my car had a burning smell.. I came back several times, and eventually (on my third visit) tyre pressure was fixed" and signal disappeared for a few days but not the smell.. Days later
