The whole staff go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.Deakin loves them and as a dog owner that’s important to me to have a trusting bond with the staff for him which is going on nearly 9 years.

Dr Brie and her beautiful team are absolutely amazing! Our boy is a very anxious fur baby and the care that is given is incredible.

Thank you to everyone at the Ormeau Vet's Lounge for saving the life of Foufou, our young cat suffering from a tick bite. The team nursed him back to life with love and dedication.Thank you.

What an amazing Vet to have in our community took my 12yr old dog there for a limp she was cared for from the moment we walked in the door as if she belonged to each and every team member that was on shift. Very happy with the pricing of my consultation and absolutely loved the follow up phone call a few days later to see how my girl was doing.I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a new one.

Had another visit with Dr Fiona to get our 14 year old Bengals bloods checked. Can not fault Dr Fiona, so caring and loving to our Keetah. She also picked up a little issue Keetah has and we are now having her treated for that. Keetah loves her human doctor and is always on her best behaviour. I feel Keetah is so relaxed due to knowing that Dr Fiona actually does care and love animals. Thank you so much Vet lounge and Dr Fiona xx

I just want to give a huge thanks, to the team at Vet Lounge Ormeau. My dog Chewi was my best friend for ten years, every night he slept on my bed and was truly the light of my life. Chewi had always thought he was bigger and tougher then he was and unfortunately (in his eyes) met his match. The staff at vet lounge where so calm and kind during a time for me which was devastating and stressful. I had to say my final goodbyes to my little Chew bug and the last few weeks have been the hardest of my life. I was in utter awe of the kindest and thoughtfulness of the staff at Vet lounge when I opened the mail to a beautiful condolence card and gift to remember my best friend. It meant the absolute world to me and I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did for Chewi and myself during this heartbreaking time. Hope you enjoy these pictures of Chew bug, living his best life after some belly scratches.

First time visit & a small emergency. Appointment given & consultation, tests all done there and then. My dog has fully recovered. Thank you to all.

we came to this vet because we saw how great the reviews were and thought we would give it a go, we booked in with Dr Brie because we knew she was the head vet and thought she was the best person to go to, our dog had been limping and wasn't walking properly, the whole appointment was a rush, we came in on time and were rushed in the room acting like we got there late despite us waiting 20 minutes to be seen after our scheduled appointment, the appointment went for a total of 5 minutes, it was determined that my dog could have a ruptured ACL and we were told for him to be on heavy rest for a week before coming back to see her, but that is all we got, no explanation, no questions answered despite my partner trying to ask, all she would tell him whenever he tried asking something as important and serious as this mater was, was 'I will print out info about ACL Injuries' so we ended up leaving the vet with no knowledge of how serious this injury truly was, we did not go to the follow up appointment because of how unprofessional and rushed we were, little did we know that because of not being informed by the vet about the severity of the issue, my dog now needs ACL surgery, when this could have all been prevented by the vet taking the time to answer our questions and explain what was happening, very disappointing, I truly encourage someone who comes in with their pet and complex issues to avoid this vet, reviews can be deceiving .

The girls at ormeau vet lounge always have such a positive and welcoming attitude. They are super friendly with my little dog zephyr, he loves them ! They have offered great advice and I love how they have little treats at the front for your dog ❤️
