Utterly hopeless. Terrible communication, unprofessional, won't return phone calls, Will continuously tell you things and never do them. Should definitely not be an NDIS supplier.

I am a NDIS recipient. I have a five bedroom house with study, two bathrooms and two living areas. I am pleased with the standard of service offered by Star Expresses. Coming home from work, I'm delighted by the aroma of the carpets, the tidiness of things etc in the bathroom, and the cleanliness of surfaces, including piano. Worth trying them out if you are in the market for a house cleaner. I suggest 2 hours for a 3-4 bedroom house, and 3-4 hours for 5 bedrooms.

Yesterday on rather short notice I had a team of your amazing cleaners come through my house, I have two autistic kids that love to make extreme messy play on the walls and floors. I had tried for months to try and get back in control of the mess, but just never seemed to be able to get on top of it. Then your team came through and after working non stop for the majority of the day I am happy to say that our house looks amazing. The attention to detail and efforts they went to were above and beyond what we expected and we couldn't be more happy with the service.
