George and his team were booked to move our furniture to Queensland. They were very unorganized and turned up to our house to unload our furniture with one guy. We paid for a service which we did not get. Many items were damaged and they did not want to even fix our items. Instead accused us of trying to wrought them of money. Do not use these guys ever!!!!!!

George and his team at PREST transport assisted with transporting my furniture from Melbourne to Brisbane. The price was affordable but the service was terrible. The delivery date/time was pushed back multiple times and I was only informed about such delays when I contacted George for an update. When my furniture arrived, a lot of it was damaged and there were a few items missing. If I had known this initially, I would have much rather paid more $$$ elsewhere for a better service. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend these guys for interstate removals.

I would have to agree with faye, that was exactly our experience. we also transported a vehicle and trailer that was also damaged including one of the tires having a big split in it. On a positive we don't appear to have lost anything, so I would say there honesty was good, as we could have had some many things that could have gone missing.Just a shame they won't take any responsibility for the things that they damaged.This is just our experience with your business.your dates are incorrect though.

George was able to fit me in last minute for a move from Vic to Central Queensland around Christmas, moved a 3 bedroom house very prompt and was able to get everything up to my new house by the time I was there for which I was extremely grateful after a 20 hour drive! All in all great service, would definitely recommend!
