Great company to deal with, dint matter they would go out of their way to keep us informed on installation etc.

From the initial phone call to the installation the whole process was seamless, painless and very professional. Zak was honest, friendly and helpful with my solar decision. The support team are very accessible and helpful and actually follow up and follow through! A very comfortable transaction and looking forward to a tiny tiny power bill soon.

I was interested in what they had to say and was told it was a no obligation assessment. I found the salesman was pushy from the get go and didn't give me a chance to talk. At the end of what seemed to be a scripted performance that had been delivered at a million mile an hour he then proceeded to push me to sign up with humm straight away. I'm not one to jump Into debt unless ive already decided that's what I want to do. He said he would give me a call Friday after I had discussed this with me wife. Now... the one thing that made me leave a bad review was when he called back I said that I was unable to sign up at this moment as my wife was in a car accident the afternoon he came around. my wife and I discussed it and decided it was probably not a good idea untill we sort the car out. I told him this story and he then turned around and called me a liar and my wife wasn't in an accident... wtaf... he got very nasty after that. This may be a localised event from this particular salesman. But if he is the representation of the business then I suggest you steer clear.

Worker informed me of what he was going to do before starting. On completion, he provided photos of the finished work and gave a detailed explanation of how the solar unit was working.

Highly recommended Jamie Anthony and Brad. Fast efficient and all round top blokes. They made the process so easy go and enjoy a beer!

Service consultant was polite and professional, no problems were encountered.

Highly recommend iinergy for solar install. Quick and easy quote process, and once accepted booked in straight away. They complete all the paperwork and lodgements with the electricity supplier, and all done once you accept the quote not weeks later. The install itself is very neat and professional. A 13.2kw system with 32 panels installed and operating in less than a day.

We had our panels installed yesterday and the installers were very professional, worked tidily and efficiently and were very nice guys. We have had many trades over the years and have had some bad experiences but the team from iinergy surpassed all our expectations. We highly recommend them
