Guitar Tutor Commuter

My 15 y/o daughter loves her weekly guitar lessons, we would highly recommend Lachlan and his tutors.

My child has been taking lessons for a year and after a change of teacher, still not feeling this is the right fit for us. Teachers are either not experienced or consistently unreliable and 80% of the time, never arrive on time. There is no plan for the term or year, so it's whatever they decide to play on the day after the teacher arrives. Only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is the convenience of the teacher coming to us, but then, we are paying the higher rate.

My two sons are loving working with Will. I don’t know about the other tutors but Will is wonderful. The Guitar Tutor commuter is easy to work with and very accomodating. I can not recommend highly enough.My Daughter is keen to start this term having seen how happy the boys are. As I have said previously, Will is fantastic and So is Lachlan. He is very accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a fun environment to learn guitar.Faye.

Lachlan is an excellent tutor to our two children. He has been tutoring them guitar and ukulele for 18 months now. He makes each lesson fun and they have made so much progress already. They look forward to their weekly lessons with him.

So far have had 2 in-home face to face guitar lessons for our 7yo and generally it has gone ok. The cost is quite competitive compared to others in the area who are charging more for lessons requiring travel to their studio. The only point lost is that the teacher tends to leave a bit before their time is up and does not give any feedback about progress. We have been doing piano for almost 2.5 years and our teacher gives a lot of feedback at each lesson, so we were a bit surprised not to have a similar communication. Currently not sure whether to pursue this instrument as our 7yo finds the guitar quite challenging and we are not sure if she is making much progress with the lessons.

We love our tutor!! His patience and motivation with our 8 and 9 year old, even online has to be admired! Omid goes the extra mile. Thank you GTC

Lachlan has been teaching my 10 year old daughter the electric guitar this year. He is always prompt and polite. My daughter says her makes the lessons fun and I learn to play songs I like from movies and recent hits’.
