We built four custom houses with Greg and his team and overall we are happy with the quality of finishings and the way the project turned out.While the house building journey specially custom designed houses is a long stressful process, the team at Oscar have been willing and available to work through issues whatever they may be. This is the main difference with the level of service between large builders and boutique builders such as Oscar. The team will try their best to achieve the level of detail you require where most large builders would refuse and this is highly desireable with custom home builds.What i recommend to any potential customers is to ensure you discuss your required levels of finishings, inclusions, exclusions and to record these in the contract so as to avoid any confusion couple of months down the build (both for yourself and the builder). Ensuring both yourself and the builder is on the same page from day 1 will make your journey to your dream home a lot less stressful!!

Our experience with Oscar DC from contract signing, colour selection to customer service has been excellent. The team have been a pleasure to deal with. They have been considerate to our requests, patient and very accommodating. Oscar team provided us with full range of freedom for our selections, whereas other builders will force you to pick from set project homes range. Their range of selections exceeded my expectations. Greg has done a great job of keeping us up to date with the build and land registration. Better value compared to cost of other competitors. If we had 10 stars, we would give them 11.

Greg and his team designed and build our multi level 90 units mix use-apartments to our design and budget requirements. Greg handled all the council DA and CC process.The construction stage was managed well, within contractual time frame and budget, however the unforeseen price in labour and material we didn’t anticipate it will . However we managed to cut back on some luxury PC items this helped.We recommend Oscar DC and Greg Elhen to anyone that is looking for a company that delivers what they promise, with quality and reliable service.

We engaged Oscar todo design and build our new family home in Norwest. Our design requirements were complex in nature and pushed the design restrictions envelope to the limit but Greg and his team got it approved by council and we were able to get started on building our new family dream home almost straight away. The building process went along better then we excepted. We are very pleased with the quality, completion time and budget.Greg explained every step and gave us time to think about the different options and finishes choices instead of rushing through. We appreciated the extra time and effort he offered us at no extra charge that meant a lot since we didn’t have any building knowledge.The contract and inclusions list was honoured to the letter. We did however vary it by adding extras such as a waterfall to the benchtop, Dorf tapware and European appliances, which was my wife’s idea.We would highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone that wants an honest, professional company with great building workmanship.
