After switching to BCS life living within strata has become a lot easier. Our Strata Manager, Lesley Crawford is totally on the ball, she responds and takes action straight away and communicates really well. (Something badly lacking with our previous company). Lesley is totally approachable and deals with things in a friendly matter. We have had a lot of big issues to deal with lately and they have all been dealt with calmly and professionally.

I am the Secretary of our Strata Scheme and after a year of stress and strain terminating our previous Strata Management Co, it is such a relief to have David Bonnici as our Strata Manager at BCS. I no longer have to worry about bills not being paid or issues going unresolved. David responds to emails and phone calls very quickly and he is always so friendly & easy to talk to. I have been dealing with Charles Guthrie of BCS as part of a strata committee for a commercial property in Avalon for the last few years. Charles has been nothing but extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite in dealing with all of the many questions over this time. I would highly recommend BCS as a strata management company and Charles Guthrie as a strata manager.
