They always have the time for you or any questions you may have, they don't clock off at 5pm and turn the phones off, they give good, sensible advice, they understand that their business revolves around housing our community and getting the best outcomes for everyone. They care for your property as if it was their own.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! me and my family have rented twice with these guys twice in the last 10yrs! extremely nice people, extremely professional and will also fight for any wrong doing either it be for the Tennants or landlords....ALSOI KNOW for a fact that 1 of the bad reviews on here is just an ex million $ landlord whos cranky because she couldnt rip the tennants bond money off to pay for her the house falling apart due to her own neglect and is now resorting to even lower pettiness by giving a bad review, and just like the 3 court cases she cant give a reason why....again highly recommended!!!

We can’t speak highly enough of Cody and Ryan at First National! Unfortunately, we had to end our tenancy early due to unforeseen circumstances, however these two were so understanding and helpful when it came to finding new tenants, and they did everything they could to find someone to take over the tenancy as soon as possible. Ryan and Cody were always so quick in responding to our emails and gave us plenty of notice when it came to open home and inspection times. Ryan and Cody were always both so friendly and approachable, nothing was ever an issue with these two and our two small dogs loved them too! They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Bayside First National have been exceptional property managers looking after our Rental property. We have had many property managers with different Real Estates prior to working with this business. And working with this Real Estate was a refreshing change. Competent and trustworthy are two words of many that could describe our experience. It was great to know our investment was being cared for as we would ourselves. Just recently we choose to sell our investment property and of course decided to trust First National Bayside with the sale which was trouble free and quick. I could not reccomend a better real estate than First National at Wellington Point! Ryan has been the most amazing agent! Literally the best I have ever experiemced! He is always so quick with replies to my emails about any issues I'm having, even after hours! Ryan has been so understanding my entire time of renting through FN.All of the staff are so lovely and helpful at the office. Going in to pay rent is actually a highlight of mine and my daughters week as the staff always have a chat to her and give her lollies.
