We stored our personal effects from September 2017 to April 2019 with National Storage Yandina. From the beginning they were helpful and we felt confident in travelling to Europe and our unit was secure for our absence of over 1 year. In shipping our effects to the UK we rented a second unit to assist us in clearing out and having our goods professionally packed. The service was excellent.

I could write an essay about the shonky practices of this business. To keep it short, all I can say is that their prices increased exorbitantly in a very short period of time, they fail to honour contracts, and they will do everything in their power to extract every single cent from you.The Sunshine Coast is full of storage sheds, almost all of them cleaner, easier to access, and managed much more professionally than National Storage Yandina. Don't risk your valuables with National Storage Yandina. Try anywhere else first.

I stored a household of furniture between moves, and couldn't have asked for better customer service. Deb consistently went out of her way to help, the facility itself was ultra clean and modern, and prices were exceptionally good. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more!

We stored here at Yandina while we were looking for a house to buy. The manager Deb was very lovely and easy to deal with. She was very approachable and worked around the clock to ensure things worked out.Would highly recommend storing here.
