I first stated using Justin Kern, (then JFK, then JFK Automation) 13 years ago.The most recent occurrence was last Sunday afternoon.With constantly changing software and systems, the JFK team has continually kept my audio visual systems at the forefront of technology and up to my expectations.I have been impressed with their problem solving abilities and cost effective service.I have no hesitation in endorsing this organization.

In 2016 we sought a consultation from JFK Automation to install a sound system in our home, and a solution to watch television from our outdoor patio.Mark and his Team were very knowledgeable about the product options available, with Sonos being the best option for us. A 180 degree swivel television bracket was also installed. A recent glitch following our NBN installation left one of our products inoperable. One call to JFK saw a technician dispatched first thing the next day and the problem rectified within an hour - even though the problem was NBN related not product related.Their technical knowledge and advice, customer service, on time arrival for every appointment and being genuinely nice guys was above expectation. We have been using the JFK team lead by Justin and Matt for more than 10 years. Their knowledge, technical “know how’ and practical problem-solving ability is impressive. More importantly they really listened to what was important to us and then crystallised that into a system that was within our budget that we are very happy with.

JFK Automation were engaged by us personally as part of undertaking a significant renovation of our multi-story terrace house in Sydney.
