Michelle from Customer Service at Sheridan/Hanes is a legend. She promptly replied to my enquiry about a faulty product, provided me with an upgraded replacement at no extra cost. She was pleasant, professional and I could not be happier with the service at Sheridan today. I will remain a loyal customer. Bravo!

I've been using Sheridan towels for many years but it appears the quality has slipped significantly. Almost two months after I started using them, both my bathroom and my body are covered in grey fluff and I'm still using drops to get fluff out of my eyes every time. After a protracted discussion and a number of requests to provide pics (which I did), I received a long email about all the different ways I can care for my towels but not once did it address my problem - excessive fluff. Totally unsatisfactory.

Similar experience as Alexis below - purchased online (not sheridan outlet) last week Monday and as per email confirmation; my order was processed and confirmed for delivery last Friday. I contacted sheridan via email Friday to follow up my order and they hadn't even processed my order let alone shipped it out yet! They had the nerve to respond saying they took security seriously and had to confirm correct billing, credit card, item # etc before they can process after already confirming otherwise earlier that week and charged my credit card!! On top of that it had been a whole week they never bothered to contact me to advise of the issue and their stuff up. It wasn’t going to get to me in time so cancelled the order, requested my refund and purchased from Bed Bath & Table instead. Sheridans hopeless - unaccountable and lack basic communication and service.

The so-called customer service" division of this organisation can only be called arrogant and condescending.Barely 4 years ago we purchased 2 sets of towels including bath mats and hand towels and last year (only 3 years on from purchase) both bath mats rotted out in the centre with holes that were black and unsightly.We first of all rang head office and they said "please take the mats back to the retailer and ask them to send them back to us".The Camberwell retailer than rang us and said that instead we had to send photographs to "customer service".We also heard anecdotally that someone had had a problem with Sheridan sheets so there seems to be an issue with quality assurance with this company and the lack of follow-up and support for such expensive products.We have now purchased some imported French towel sets from David Jones and in every respect they are superior

The quality of their quilt covers has dropped significantly. 100% cotton and they all start to pill/ball within a few months. Terrible customer service who just ignore you and don’t answer your questions. Really disappointing

THE WORST SERVICE EVERI wrote to the Dunlopillo customer service which just so happens to be owned by Sheridan Australia.Im asking a simple question about the make of a certain pillow, and they are refusing to assist me in answering a simple question about THEIR product.It would take Ailene 2 mins to find out the answer my question. I have spent thousands of dollars at Sheridan and Dunlopillo over the years and to be treated like this makes me absolutely furious.

I purchased a product online without seeing and am utterly disappointed with the quality. The one star is reflective of my dissatisfaction of the overall quality of the throw along with dissatisfaction with the lack of response from Sheridan's customer service team who I sent a request to return this item. A week after sending a request I still have not had the courtesy of any form of contact.

I purchased some new bedding online from the Palais Collection, it was a substantial order, so I was surprised there was a delay by quite some time, and it was difficult to get in touch with customer service, but probably due a lot of orders. However in saying that, the sheets were worth the wait. They are just the best, period. Light and soft. Highly recommend.

The quality of all products is excellent. I find the staff very helpful as well. I would not consider buying another brand and I haven't for the last 20 years.

Worked here for just over 3 years and forged some good working relationships. Unfortunately the management, human resources and workplace operations let this place down badly.
