I walked in just for a browse, I was approached by Jason. We had a chat about a few clubs, then ended up having a little session on the aim trainer. I felt extremely welcomed, he was more then happy to give me his time. An extremely patient and helpful staff member, never expected such above and beyond service. During my practice on the trainer Andrew approached me and was also more then happy to give me his tips and tricks to help. From someone who’s had no lessons and very little experience I felt very comfortable having a practice in front of the staff who were nothing but helpful. Great to see such support out there for even a newbie walking through for a browse.

These guys are great with plenty of knowledge about the game. Being a low hcp golfer I have recently purchased my new set of Titliest AP2 718 irons with new 917driver, 3w & Hybrid all custom fitted arrived on the release date as promised & couldn’t be happier with the service I received, the pricing was best I could get anywhere. Staff are a little stand offish to allow you to browse without feeling pressured, assistance is always available if I need to ask a question before my purchase, then once I’ve selected what I need in store the purchase is allways quick & with a smile. Have recommended to everyone.Well done guys!

OMG, these guys are amazing. Walked in off the street and set myself up on the amazing machine for 25 mins. Order in for a set of custom sticks. Made a driver then and there to fit my specifications. Amazing. Staff on Sunday amazing.

If I could give no stars I would. I needed help with gloves and 3 blokes looked at me and walked away to start turning TVs off as it was near close time. Other people that walked in got acknowledged straight away but not me. Just because I didn't have a collared shirt on or something, they decided to ignore me. I won't be spending my $1000 I had for clubs at that store, I'll be taking my business elsewhere

What a great team they have at Drummond Kotara. Benny and the team always deliver perfect service and very knowledgeable. Shoutout the Blake Parker the best in the business - one of the greats and lovely guy to work with. Also shoutout to Jason - always making an effort to deliver the best product. Cheers Boys.

Fantastic service from a young guy, very knowledgeable of what products were available and gave us the pros and cons. Not as cheap as some other stores but a wide selection of quality brands. We will definitely return here and recommend it to anyone.

After receiving Calloway putter ordered through Drummond Golf size 36 inch ending up being a 33inch delivered which I was not aware of after a number of months after purchase. I discussed option of an extension or exchange of putter with Drummond Golf but was accused by the Manager that I had 'cut' the putter shaft down - the Manager could see the order and all purchases I have made over the year summing up to thousands of dollars spent. I find his customer service disappointing and quite disgusting to accuse me when it was an error of Drummond Golf & Calloway. Appalling support from Manager Kotara.
