Pizza Hut Mortdale
This is my local store and it’s pretty close to where I live. This store was always really good but recently the quality has really gone down. The last 2 times the pizza’s have not sauced properly, they are sauced near the crust of the pizza but then nowhere else. They don’t look at orders properly either if I add something to a pizza it’s never there.

Staff very unprofessional, using hear phone while they taking my order over the accounter, she could not hear what I'm ordering, I ask for suggestions she was very inpatient. I realised she over charge because she is paying more attention to the earphones.No customer services

It’s very unprofessional service. It show 11am-11pm and went there around 10:45-50 but no service was offered indeed refused to take my order.

Had a stone cold and rock hard pizza delivered. It was similar consistency to the box. it went straight in the bin. After 25 minutes on hold I finally got through to the store. They told me I would get a refund.... 7 days later no refund.

Just got a home delivered thin and crispy super supreme that was disgusting. Everything burnt and no flavour. Definitely won’t use this again and cost me $32 for one pizza I ate nearly half and threw the rest out. I used to get them and they were fine, a bit expensive when you only get one but it’s ok if they are ok. Honestly this was aweful…
