Went to Forty Winks Chatswood and bought two sets of trundle beds and mattresses for children’s sleepover. We were served by a lovely lady, Alana who was very acknowledgeable, patient, nice and helpful!Delivery and assembly were perfectly arranged. Highly recommended!

Shout out to Alana at Forty Winks Chatswood, who made buying a new mattress a much simpler experience. She is knowledgeable and friendly with great follow up. If you want to shop a mattress in-store, I highly recommend her service :-). Still in the trial phase of our new mattress - so far so good (delivery was on time and efficient and they removed our old mattress too)

today i was served by Abbey. she provided me with excellent insights into the features of various bed frames and also made some great recommendations on mattresses and pillows for sleeping and reading. i walked out of the store with a fantastic deal, including a very comfy mattress and gorgeous bed frame!! thank you so much for the great service and advice, i am so very excited to sleep in my new bed!

We were well served by our visit to Forty Winks Chatswood where we found the parking easy under the building. Up stairs to the large well stocked showroom we were met by a helpful and knowledgeable young lady who listened to our requirements and suggested a couple of different mattresses that might suit our needs. The price options seemed reasonable and they provided, for a small fee, an additional service to take away our old mattress. Recommend.

I’ve never shopped for a mattress before and Alana the Mattress Connoisseur guided me to determine the best mattress for my needs and simplified the shopping experience. I owe my relatively quick purchasing decision to her expertise and product range. On top of that I appreciate the small touches such as the little folder you get.I’m not sure how well the BedMatch diagnostic system works as it seems like a gimmick but at least it was a start in searching for the right one.

This is our second time dealing with Forty Winks Chatswood. The staff polite ad very helpful. The product ordered was correct and delivered by very well mannered staff who kindly assembled the headboard for me. I was notified of my delivery time and this was confirmed the day of delivery as well. We will do business with them for any future bedding requirements.
