Contractred through DHL. No communication, paid full price for express, told me to go pick it up across town after not leaving a delivery slip. I ordered it on the 3rd and because of no communication or update of tracking didn't receive it until the 14th. Had to chase up my own delivery through DHL, NQ Logistics and BP Kirwan. DHL and NQ logistics had no clue where my parcel was or why it wasn't updated. Next time I'm paying for standard Aus Post delivery and it'll get here on time with communication. What a joke. No refund either because they make it a fk around to jump through hoops. Worst postal experience I've had.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Logistics NQ acting as the local agent for a national carrier. Been trying to track the delivery through the national company for nearly 3 weeks, with no success. Finally got on to LNQ, they found the package and promised to deliver within 30 minutes. Prompt, friendly and the driver even helped my daughter carry the oversized box up the stairs. Great work
