Wonderful experienced at Domayne Springvale. I needed to buy a mattress and Tracy was extremely helpful with recommendations and did not judge my budget. She was patient and courteous, knowledgeable with her products. The things I appreciated the most was, she never once made me feel pressured into buying. I ended up with a Tempur bed and mattress!

Lots of choices for various budget. Quality all looks good with nice design. I bought a bed and mattress. The lady who served me Tracey was very knowledgeable and understood my needs quickly. She was very helpful to check stock and lead time for me and actively kept chasing the vendor for an earlier possible date.

We purchased a Tempur mattress last Sunday with the help from Tracy which we are really satisfied with. She was very patient, helpful and smiley all the way.However, in the morning same day when we went there, the man who served us (who seemed to be a manager) was rude. After a few questions, he started to show annoyance and at one point he said oh my god". I'm not sure why a sales person can be so impatient

We got help by Tilak on buying a mattress. He is Very honest and educated me with mattress differences and capabilities. I explore few other places before Domayne Springvale, each and every place is about getting the sell done. Tilak showed me multiple options, he is a nice person to communicate. Also overall Domayne Springvale is a great place to shop.

I recently had to purchase a mattress because of my back pain. I never could tell the difference between cheap and pricey mattresses until I visited Domayne Springvale and spoke to Zarin. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the mattresses and spent over 2 hours with me explaining the differences & making sure I’ll be happy with my purchase. I ended up purchasing a fantastic Tempur mattress, one of the best investments I have made. I left that day knowing a whole lot about mattresses and sleep in general. Thanks to Zarin and Domanye’s range, I no longer have backpain and can finally enjoy deep sleep.

The manager who helped us was great. We got 2 outdoor settings. Great quality. And a very good price. On sale. Most times we have gone into Domayne, most of the furniture always have been too expansive. But on sale time, these were a great price. Got them to deliver and assemble for a bit extra.. but it was worth it.
