Col Crawford Car Service Centre

1 star too many for the customer service at this place. In no other business could staff be so rude and incompetent and keep their job in customer service. They spend more time whinging to each other about customers than they do trying to process cars in and out of the service centre. A good clean out of staff desperately needed starting with the dark haired female who ignores customers but talks about them to other staff members in front of them. I personally wish I never bought a car that required service at Col Crawford.

We take the car in for regular annual car service (warranty).I find that I’m met with an air of condensation every time. It would help if the service guys just said hello or good bye. The fellow today said he’d get the car for me (great thank you, I was there with a toddler in a pram) then just hopped out of the car leaving the door open and car running without a word. I thought he was coming back!I also overheard him say ‘what’ to the nice receptionist when she asked him something.Just use some common curtesies guys and I wouldn’t leave with such a bad taste in my mouth every time.

Alfie is brilliant, thank you so much, broken seatbelt and even though they were flat out, he made sure it was pushed to the top of the list for our family to be safe. Fantastic service last time too. Worth the drive from Avalon to be looked after so well. Thank you team

Very large car service business, covering a wide range of makes. Efficient friendly booking for the routine scheduled service of our Hyundai. Now standard SMS confirmations sent. The reception in their plush undercover driveway (see photo) was also friendly and efficient. The servicing was fine as far as I can tell (the car still works) and the car was delivered back to me in their plush driveway. I didn't try the airport lounge style waiting room but the customers in it looked happy.

The quality of the actual car servicing is good but, and they told me afterwards, do not book online...NO-ONE seems to monitor the bookings let alone bothers to email, text or ring you to confirm...even though the website says you can book!!! I experienced this when booking in our new Hyundai for 1000k check and for my wife's MG.

Col Crawford Brookvale are a great bunch, took my Megane 265 to them for a 70k service and Josh received me in the morning at 7.30 am.Got a call from Josh advising front brakes were at 2 mm and asked if I would like them replaced rotors et al. Previous mechanic said no issues with brakes even though they squealed like crazy from 57k. Of course I want the front brakes done, planning road trips after this Covid lockdown ends.Car ready for pick up at 1230pm, new set of slotted genuine rotors and pads oil replaced; car feels completely different with the new pads and rotors. Perfect job by the techs!! Excellent service and will be back at next oil change. 5 stars!

I have been a customer for many years having bought a car and having the car serviced. I am afraid they are now too big to provide the customer service they used to give . I needed recently emergency service and the first I was offered was at least a Month away I broke down needed a tow .I have now found another service company which I will use.

I had our Hyundai i30 and Kia Sportage in for their annual Fixed Price Service last week.The service provided was outstanding from all respects - the service to the cars and the attention to detail from our service agent Alf Adams.His attention to detail and Customer Service were exemplary and I can highly recommend Col Crawford sales and service.

Max and Casey from the Kia Service Centre were excellent to deal with. They had the part in stock which was fantastic and the work was done ahead of when we expected it to be completed. Excellent service, thank you. We really appreciate the service provided to us.
