I have used them for a number of years and been happy with the return every time. The staff are also friendly. This year things didn't go as smoothly as i would have liked. They aren't operating out of the office because of COVID-19 even though community transmission is basically non existent and most places are operating out of premises. Everything is being done by email this year. In theory this shouldn't be a problem, but there was little phone contact between the accountant and myself and long email response time when I had a query. I had been expecting my return to be finalised at the end of July when my appointment had been booked for, but didn't happen until a couple of weeks later. I had to follow-up a couple of times to ensure that everything was progressing, which added some stress into the process.I would be more than happy to return if I am satisfied that I can go into the office, but the email based approach just doesn't cut it for me.
