I had a zoom appointment with a psychiatrist and he was amazing, very kind and listened so well. He thanked me for sharing (which took me by surprise!)Only downside was it’s expensive. But, it would have been expensive everywhere and I got in for an appointment here MUCH quicker than I could anywhere else.

I had the worst experience with this place. The Dr spent most of the appointment reading my notes, not even knowing why I was speaking to her. She asked me the same question on repeat even after I had told her the information regarding my medication was outdated, she didn't listen to a single word I said regarding my pain and then twisted my words to sound like nonsense. She had zero empathy and zero interest in my problem. She didn't have any current scans to go by and no up to date information regarding my condition. She told me it was all in my head and that my psychologist needs to make more effort! When she couldn't even muster up effort for a ten minute zoom consultation. I explained that I felt she hadn't listened to what I was trying to explain and she told me to go and get a second opinion if I didn't like her diagnosis! Totally unprofessional, rude, unsympathetic and made me feel like an absolute hypochondriac mental patient. Worst specialist appointment I've ever had and paid $100 for a 10 minute waste of time. Absolutely appalled by the way invasion treated. 100 percent do NOT recommend this service or at least the Dr that I had the displeasure of meeting.

This mob is a shambles. Over a week to get statutory documents in relation to a deceased patient and then one of them was blank. They are nearly impossible to get in contact with and if you do they don't follow up or get back to you on the progress of resolving an issued despite saying they will.

Access Telehealth with Zoom is not such a great idea when they are running late as you are left waiting for them to activate the meeting for very lengthy times and you get no notifications that they are going to be late. They can't even seem to be able to let you know when they will be ready to activate the meeting. At least if it's by phone they can just ring you when they are ready rather than to have to sit there staring at the screen doing not able to do anything else in case they begin the meeting. Not very professional and gives the impression that their clients are not important to them what so ever. Unless you have time to twiddle your fingers staring at a blank screen I wouldn't recommend them.
